SUGRAS · CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Updated 12 October 2026
How the Sugras gifting website handles enquiry information, WhatsApp links, hosting logs and privacy requests.
1. Who this notice covers
This notice applies to the Sugras Foods LLP gifting website and information shared for a gifting enquiry. Contact Sugras on +91 93262 43589 or write to B-501, Kailash Esplanade, LBS Marg, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400086, India with privacy questions.
2. Information you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your name, chosen gift, occasion, quantity, budget, delivery location, preferred date and optional notes. If you contact Sugras through WhatsApp, Sugras can receive your WhatsApp number, profile information visible to the business and messages you send. Order discussions may also require recipient details, delivery addresses and billing information. Share another person’s details only when you are authorised to do so.
3. How the website form works
The form prepares a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp. You decide whether to send it. This website has no enquiry database and does not itself submit the form to a Sugras web server. Opening WhatsApp passes the prepared message in the destination link to that service, where its own privacy terms apply. Do not enter card numbers, passwords or sensitive personal information into the notes field.
4. Purposes of use
Information shared with Sugras is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, discuss customisation, fulfil agreed orders, arrange delivery, handle support requests and maintain records required for legitimate business and legal purposes. A gifting enquiry is not a request to join a marketing list; any promotional contact should use a separate appropriate permission or basis.
5. Service providers and external links
Order information may need to be shared with people or service providers involved in packaging, delivery, payment handling or customer support, to the extent needed for the requested service, or where disclosure is required by law. WhatsApp and any external payment or delivery service process information under their own terms. Review those notices when using their services.
6. Cookies and technical logs
This website package does not include analytics, advertising trackers, tracking pixels or non-essential cookies. It does not store enquiry data in browser local storage. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times, browser information and access or security logs to operate the site. Third-party websites may use their own cookies after you follow a link.
7. Retention and security
Enquiry and order records should be retained only for the purposes described and for applicable legal, accounting or dispute-related needs. Contact Sugras about a particular record or deletion request. Reasonable safeguards should be used for business records; no internet transmission or third-party service can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to send an enquiry, request correction of inaccurate information, ask about access or deletion, withdraw consent where relevant, or raise a privacy concern by contacting Sugras. Requests may require reasonable identity verification and may be subject to legal retention requirements. Quote your order or enquiry reference, but do not send unnecessary identity documents.
9. Updates
This notice should be updated if website features, tracking tools or business data practices change. The updated date appears on this page. Any processing required by applicable law remains subject to that law.
