Terms for using the Sugras gifting website, requesting quotations and confirming hamper or gift-box orders.
1. About these terms
This website is operated for Sugras Foods LLP, B-501, Kailash Esplanade, LBS Marg, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400086, India. These terms explain use of the gifting catalogue and the enquiry process. Contact Sugras on +91 93262 43589 for questions.
2. Enquiries and order confirmation
Submitting a form or opening a WhatsApp message is an enquiry only. An order is confirmed only after Sugras accepts the final requirements and communicates the agreed assortment, quantity, total price, payment terms and delivery arrangements. Review the confirmation before paying.
3. Products, customisation and photographs
SH gift-box pages show customisation options from the corporate catalogue; they do not mean every listed option is supplied together. Premium hamper pages show the catalogue assortment. Confirm ingredients, quantities, cookie flavours, optional coffee, packaging and any requested logo or message. Photos illustrate the presentation. Any material substitution should be agreed with you before fulfilment.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees. SH gift-box prices are stated plus GST. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, customisation charges and any other agreed fees must be disclosed in the final quotation. Premium hamper prices follow the supplied hamper catalogue; confirm their tax treatment with Sugras. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. This website does not collect payment-card details or process online payments.
5. Delivery and customer information
Provide an accurate recipient name, contact number, delivery address and preferred date. Delivery availability and timing are confirmed for each order. Inform Sugras promptly if your details change. Ask about delivery terms and any additional charges before confirming the order; the website does not promise a particular delivery area or speed.
6. Food information and safe use
Ask for current ingredients, allergen declarations, storage instructions and shelf-life details before ordering. Check labels when your gift arrives and store each item as directed. Product names, photos and marketing descriptions do not establish suitability for a dietary or medical need.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
The return, refund and cancellation process is described on our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations page. Specific arrangements must be confirmed before payment. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights for defective, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
8. Website use and content
Use this site lawfully. Do not misuse enquiry features or supply information you are not authorised to share. Sugras branding, catalogue text and images are provided to help you select gifts; obtain permission before reproducing them commercially. Third-party brand names identify the products shown.
9. Privacy, changes and consumer rights
